Fort Elena (1/2)

Ahoy Pirates!

How have you been?! I hope you all are had a great weekend. Oh... Happy June! Most of you should be out of school or close to your last day of school. Are you planning on playing Pirate101 this Summer? :D I plan on playing a lot this Summer and of course go swimming, fishing, camping, watch movies at the movie theater, bbq, fireworks, my birthday, can't think of anything else to add but that doesn't mean there's nothing else, Haha. :D Yeah, I have a busy Summer but I know it's going to be a fun one since I have Pirate101 to play on those rainy days or days it's too hot to go outside. Yeah... It's supposed to rain every single day this week! Storm wizards... please stop making it storm/rain so much. :P

Like I said, it's supposed to rain the entire week but it's also been raining the past week and I had time to play Pirate101. :D I can't tell you how much I miss leveling on Pirate101 when I'm busy or take breaks. I do love this game and I'm so happy to be back and share my gaming experience with you! Okay.. I need to stop rambling because I have a long post for you all today. :D I've been leveling my swashbuckler again this week and before I talk about what I did this week.. lets talk about what I did last week. :D Last week I had to sink ten Armada ships which took awhile because they were tougher ships but it wasn't that difficult to sink the ships. I had to defeat these ships to start a war between Marleybone and the Armada so I could get into Fort Elena. After I complete that quest, Catbeard asked me to go to Dreadnaught's dungeon to destroy one of the Armada's machines. He said that the Armada would blame Marleybone for the attack if I made it out of there fast enough. I did and I sailed back to the Catspaw to tell Catbeard the good news? :P Catbeard told me that while I was in Dreadnaught, Marleybone captured a leader of the Armada and locked him in Fort Elena and that the Armada is now attacking Fort Elena. The guards in Fort Elena are distracted and that means I can go to the prison and break out Mustang Sally and the Penguin's name I can't spell at the moment. :D

After I talk to Catbeard and found out everything I had to do, I sailed to Fort Elena and entered the dungeon and as soon as I entered I had to defeat four redcoats. Make sure you have full health when you enter the dungeon so you don't get defeated the first round. I can't tell you how many times I've made that mistake and I was defeated. :P After I defeat the four redcoats I had to find a way into the prison itself which was locked. Ratbeard found a cannon that I could use on a wall that was already crumbling so I could make my way in. :D 

As you can see in the pictures above, I made it into the Fort Elena prison and I had keys for every cell in the prison so I can free Sally and the Penguin. :D After I got the keys I ended up running into more redcoats and I had to defeat them. Then I ran into a boss. :O I'm going to end this part one of the blog post now and link you to part two so you can read that post! I can already tell this is going to be a very long post so for the first time.. I'm going to split this post into two posts that you can read! Fort Elena (2/2)

Ahoy Pirates!

This is my second post of my Fort Elena post! I didn't want to keep the blog going so I decided to make a second post especially since I added a ton of pictures on my last post. Okay... Lets see.. where were we? Oh yeah.. Corporal Klegg! He was pretty easy to defeat. The only trouble I had was entering with less health because of the previous fight with the redcoats. I didn't have to buy a minion from the crowns shop with this fight, so that's awesome!

After I defeat Corporal Klegg, I had to go down to the lower cells of Fort Elena to find Mustang Sally! If you don't remember I had to find Mustang Sally and tell her that her Father wants to apologize for what he did to her and El Toro. Now that we caught up to Mustang Sally after we break her out, we'll be able to go back to Cool Ranch and reunite El Toro and Mustang Sally. After I freed Mustang Sally I ran into the Armada! They ended up defeating me and I didn't get to finish the dungeon.. See you all around the Spiral. LOL, Kidding!!! No... Don't leave! You have to see me make it out of this dungeon before you leave. :)

The Armada says hello! After I defeated the Armada soldiers, which were pretty easy to defeat, I noticed the penguin's name I can't spell until I post a picture to this blog with his name and I had to free him. :) Before I went over to free him I noticed Phule (the brass monkey was also in this dungeon and he says he will get his revenge, and trust me he will in a way and so will I). Phule only told me that the map would be theirs, nothing new. I still think we'll make it to El Dorado before they do and we will win! Hahaha!!! I promise I'm not crazy, I'm sure after this post you might think I am. :P

Napoleguin was happy I was here to free him and wasn't upset about the time it took me to sink 30 ships, and defeat countless enemies. He ended up telling me that I was an awesome pirate and he gave me 60,000 crowns and 150,000 gold! I wish! :P  He told me that he wouldn't leave this prison without something very important. I found that important thing was a hat! I also found a companion training tome in this dungeon on a table in the area where you have to find his hat. Make sure you get that tome because it might help you on future quests where you need a higher level companion. :) After finding his hat I ran into more Armada soldiers and it took a little while to defeat them because I was eating lunch but we made it through! I gave Napoleguin his hat and ran into Redcoats and had to defeat them. I had to help Napoleguin free his valet before we could escape the dungeon and after freeing his valet and his guardsmen, we ran into at least three rounds of Armada soldiers not counting the round before freeing his valet. If you are about to do this dungeon make sure you have enough health for each battle before you join.

This image is proof KI spends time on their graphics which is awesome! :D After defeating the Armada soldiers we finally completed Fort Elena and managed to rescue Mustang Sally and Napoleguin! One of my companions was actually defeated on the last fight. I was hoping to say my companions wasn't defeated on this post but that happened and I'm not going to lie to you all. :) This dungeon wasn't as bad as I thought it would be and I'm glad I made it through it today without having to buy any henchmen. The good thing about this dungeon is that there is yum yum fruit floating around so you won't run out of health if you wait after each battle for that yum to reach you so you have full health before the next battle. Other than that, we're done with this post for now. I have one last image to attach before I end this post so you know what Catbeard said. A Huge Explosion!

Ahoy Pirates!

Wow... It's been awhile since I leveled on Pirate101. I wonder how many times I said something like that on this blog? :P Anyways. I'm back now and I had a chance to level on the game today! I was on the game for an hour early this morning so I could make a post today since it's been awhile since I made an EC post. I'm happy I'm back because I really miss leveling on Pirate101. I did a lot on the game today but before I talk about that, lets talk about Edward Cringle's last quest. :)

Okay... It has been a long time since I made a post involving Edward Cringle. My last post was published on April 25th, nearly a month ago! A lot of craziness happened this month and things like that usually don't happen. One bad thing is now better and one busy thing I've been doing is almost taken care of. :D That means I can blog again and hopefully make a lot more Edward Cringle posts this Summer! Oh! Speaking of my last post... On my last blog post I had to kidnap Port Regal governor's daughter to start a war with Marleybone. I had to start the war with Marleybone so I can free Mustang Sally from Fort Elena Prison. After kidnapping the governor's daughter I talk to Catbeard and he told me that I needed to start another war with the Armada by destroying 10 of their ships! I stop questing there last month and I knew this quest would be a little hard because I remember questing on this on my witchdoctor and it wasn't fun. Today I decided to continue and sink the 10 ships. This quest wasn't as bad as I thought it would be since I had potions just in case the Armada ships made my ship's health go low enough for me to join in deckside battle. I had to join deckside battle a few times because I ran out of potions but it wasn't that bad since I got their ship low enough on health (if you attack the ship enough you'll be able to make the enemies health lower than it usually is).

After I defeat the ships I sailed back to Catspaw to talk to Catbeard and he told me that the next thing I needed to do is go to a building, Dreadnaught, and attack clockworks and then blow up their machines in Dreadnaught's core. Catbeard said that the armada will blame Marleybone for the attack if they don't catch me. I leveled through Dreadnaught's Dungeon today and had to defeat a ton of Armada Clockworks and didn't have any trouble at all! I think this was the easiest quest I've done in awhile. After I destroyed the machines in Dreadnaught's core I had to defeat more clockworks (at least 3 fights in this dungeon) and then sail back to Catspaw to talk to Catbeard to tell him the good news. That's where I'm going to stop for today since I'm hungry because I read the Bacon and Eggs post... LOL. It's been ten days since I last made an EC blog post! I need to start blogging about my character more often but I haven't had as much time to log on and make blog posts. This usually happens, so don't worry. I will start making a lot more blog posts over this Summer. I hope you all stick around to read all of the wonderful posts I have planned. :) The other day I quest through the game a little bit and had a lot of fun.. Before I tell you what I did, I'm going to tell you what I did on my last blog post.

On my last blog post I had to help Catbeard start a war! Why? Well.. I need to free Mustang Sally from the Fort Elena Prison, but first I need to start a war with Marleybone in order to help free Mustang Sally and Napoleguin. Napoleguin is a peguin from Polaris that Catbeard and Mustang Sally were planning on freeing but Mustang Sally ended up getting caught and imprisoned. I had to start a war with Marleybone by attacking ten of their ships. This quest wasn't the easiest quest but I did get through it. :) After I was done sinking all ten of the Marleybone Ships in Port Regal, I had to sail back to Catbeard's Lair and tell him the news. The other day I started to quest again and Catbeard told me that I really needed to anger the Royal Army by kidnapping the Governor's oldest daughter. He then gave me a note to drop in the Governor's chambers to blame the kidnapping on Valencia. After I was done talking to Catbeard I had to talk to Gilbert and Sullivan. Gilbert and Sullivan told me how to get to Mabel, the Governor's daughter, and how to sneak into the Governor's mansion. I had to sneak into a tunnel to get the governor's mansion to kidnap the governor's daughter *makes me wonder how they didn't know there was a tunnel that wasn't guarded in their heavily guarded mansion*. Once I made it to the tunnel, I noticed there were other kidnappers! I had to defeat Beemish and his gang before I could make it to the Governor's mansion. I didn't have any trouble defeating them, so don't worry about defeating them if you're on this quest. :) 

After getting through the boss I made it inside the Governor's mansion! Wait...Is that turkey bacon?? Wow... That actually looks pretty good. Well, I know it's almost lunchtime but can you imagine having turkey bacon and eggs?! I mean... Uh... Back to kidnapping the governor's daughter??! 

As you can tell by all of the images I've attached to this post, I was caught! I had to defeat a couple of redcoats to escape but I'm hoping they don't tell Marleybone that Skull Island actually kidnapped the governor's daughter instead of Valencia which we put the blame on by dropping that note. :D Mabel wanted to go so it wasn't that hard getting her to come with me. After I was done defeating the redcoats I had to escape the mansion before being caught again and sail back to Catbeard's Lair with Mabel. 

WOOT! It's official. Edward Cringle finally made it to level 30. I'm so happy I leveled with this quest because each time I level I feel like I'm a tougher swashbuckler, so my next post will be a lot of fun because I'm a higher level. I earned a new potion, training tomes and new attacks since I leveled. :D I didn't continue questing because I was busy leveling my companions and training new attacks from my Swashbuckler teacher. Have I told you I really enjoy questing on my swashbuckler?? Well if I haven't, I enjoy questing on my swashbuckler!! :D Well, that's it for today. I think I need to go eat something because I was hungry ever since the bacon and eggs.... I'll see you around the spiral. :)

Pickled Herring

I finally have a new blog post about Edward Cringle! I haven't been able to quest on my swashbuckler because of the test realm's release last week and I really wanted to make my posts that I made last week before I started questing again. I'm so happy I test it out because I didn't know if it would mess with my questing or not. I really can't wait until the test realm is released because it does have awesome updates and I can't wait to see them on the live game. :D I'm sure you'll start hearing more about my companions and pets once the updates are released to the live game. :)

I'm going to stop talking about the test realm for now and start talking about my last blog post and the quest I had to complete today! On my last blog post Edward Cringle had to help Gilbert and Sullivan find their shipment that was stolen by Iago, a valencian unicorn. Gilbert and Sullivan knew where Mustang Sally was and they wanted me to help them before they would help me. After collecting their contraband I sailed back to their shop and they told me that Mustang Sally was helping a prisoner out of Fort Elena but was caught and she was made a prisoner. Gilbert and Sullivan then told me that Mustang Sally was working with a cat named Catbeard and he might know more. Today I had to sail to Catbeard's Lair to find out more about what happened and who she was breaking out of Fort Elena.

Today I found out that Catbeard and Ratbeard don't like each other. I think they have the same relationship as Tom & Jerry! I also found out that Mustang Sally & Catbeard were hired by Gortez to break into Port Regal to free a penguin, Napoleguin. Napoleguin was an emperor of Polaris. Once he became emperor he attacked all of his allies. Napoleguin was betrayed by Marleybone and Valencia and he was then captured and sent to Fort Elena. Gortez wants to free Napoleguin so he could help him win the civil war in Monquista. Catbeard wants to free him so he can have all of the pickled herring that'll last him his entire life! I'm sure by now you see him eating it above.. He also told me that Polaris is full of pickled herring. That's important information!

Catbeard said he knew a way I could get into the prison to free Mustang Sally if I helped him free Napoleguin. Catbeard said he wanted me to start a war with Marleybone. He said he wanted me to start by attacking ten of the Marleybone Ships in Port Regal Skyway. I didn't like this quest because it took a very long time and sometimes two ships at one time attacked me and my ship couldn't handle all of the attacks. Sometimes my pirate had to fight the enemies on their ships because my ship health was low. I don't really know about this quest but I'm sure it's easier for everyone else. I'm one of those pirates that don't like a quest if it takes too long (30 minutes), but I'm happy when I finish so I can post about it on this blog. :D I think the most important thing about this quest is to have the right ship gear so it doesn't take too long. I had to switch my gear around and by the end of my quest, it was a lot easier to defeat these ships. So.. today I'm going to give away a code for crowns so everyone that's having trouble can get the right ship equipment from the crowns shop or whatever else you want. :D I didn't stop questing after defeating the ships but I sailed back to Catbeard's ship and told him what I did he then told me what he said in the picture below. :P
